Sub-Processor List

Ovation Tech Ltd ("Ovation") engages the following third-party sub-processors to help operate the Ovation platform:

• DigitalOcean, LLC — data processed within UK/EEA regions, under appropriate data processing terms.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — may process data outside the UK/EEA as part of its global infrastructure, subject to appropriate safeguards under its own data processing terms.
• Google Cloud EMEA Limited — data processed within UK/EEA regions, under appropriate data processing terms.
• Modal Labs, Inc. — data processed within UK/EEA regions, under appropriate data processing terms.

Each sub-processor processes data in accordance with its own data protection and data processing terms. We may add or replace sub-processors as the platform develops. The current list is published on this page and updated when changes are made.
